Recent updates from this past week that are relatively significant to me and my health or well-being.

ONE

I’ve decided to go on a strict no-buy month for June. Despite still being on an intentional buy year, I honestly miss the feeling of being happy and anxiety-free regarding my expenses. I felt that in March a little bit, some more in April, but everything fell through in May as a result of my medical bills and flight/Airbnb expenses. We’re reigning it back now.
